Earlier this year, we conducted a customer satisfaction survey with our 150 domestic and 150 international customers. The response rate was at an impressive 35% and we are overwhelmed by the feedback. Generally, our customers are very satisfied with our products and service level; and we are proud and pleased to hear that.
Thankfully, not all feedback was a pad on the back. The international and domestic survey results resemble each other, and particularly the invoicing module, TimeLog Tracker and the lack of real integration faced critique from many sides. We have heard you and are pleased to announce vast improvements to invoicing with TimeLog Project 5.0 and have moved on to planning and developing more integration and a brand new TimeLog Tracker.
