The Autumn webinars have been a great success.
For those who were unable to participate and anyone who would just like to watch them again, all webinars for 2010 can now be viewed on video.
This autumn, we featured the following webinars:

We’re currently planning webinars for the spring, and look forward to presenting a new webinar program shortly.
Every new year provides an opportunity for a review of the past year, and preparation for the year ahead.
For TimeLog Project, some areas may need adjustment going into 2011.
Thank you for an exciting year. In 2010 TimeLog has experienced a notable customer intake, welcomed several new employees and shipped significant product releases; including TimeLog Tracker 2.0., TimeLog Tracker for iPhone. and also TimeLog Project 5.2 and 5.3.
But we're not the only ones to enjoy a more fertile climate. In 2010 our customers have had an 8% increase in users on average. The increase is widely distributed on different industries, but the consultancy business is doing especially well.
For TimeLog, 2009 was characterized by a moderate revenue growth of 15% within TimeLog SaaS business solutions, while 2010's revenue increased by over 25%. TimeLog in 2010 is now seeing the same growth rates as we did prior to the financial crisis.
In the autumn of 2010, TimeLog has had a customer influx of twenty new customers per month for our Team and Business solutions. We expect the positive trend will accelerate in 2011, driven partly by the upcoming release of TimeLog Project 5.4, which represents a big boost in usability and features for project managers.
In 2010, TimeLog experienced a massive influx of customers. The growth is a direct result of a strategic focus to deliver systems for time tracking, project management, and invoicing for small and mid-size consulting companies in Denmark, Benelux, the U.K., and Sweden. In these markets, we see a significant increase in investment readiness, and a customer increase of 33% already in 2010. As part of this very positive development, TimeLog hired four new sales and marketing employees in the autumn of 2010.
Technology news sources Computerworld and PC World have recently focused on IT usage in small businesses in the Small Office/Home Office (SoHo) segment, and the opportunities and challenges these businesses face when introducing SaaS products. TimeLog was asked to comment, based on their experiences in this area.
We would like to invite you and your colleagues to a great evening at Castenskiold on Åboulevarden on Friday, November 19, 2010, starting 16:30.
Come and meet representatives from TimeLog, and say hello to other TimeLog customers. Have a chat about your experiences with TimeLog Project, and get some good advice to take with you. Let the dialogue flow – the only item on the agenda is to enjoy a cosy evening together in the November darkness at Castnskiold in Århus.
We've created a page on our website that displays all of our product news -- the big new releases, new integration options with other IT systems, and the small, individual new features.
Over the summer, we completed a number of minor improvements to TimeLog Project, which we are now gathering in a minor release – version 5.3.
The release includes two new reports, adjustments and consistency corrections in the user interface, new options in TimeLog Tracker, and the first part of TimeLog Projects new API.
The individual user will only experience that TimeLog is a tiny bit faster and more consistent, but otherwise identical.
The API was designed to integrate with other systems, and to facilitate the external development of add-ons to TimeLog Project, such as mobile time tracking clients. We released an iPhone app in the spring that uses the new API to exchange data with TimeLog Project.
V5.3 also covers a restructuring of rights management in TimeLog Project. For the first time, users now have the opportunity to differentiate which users have access to TimeLog Project extensions.
Apple’s iPad has a built-in web browser, where TimeLog Project runs quite smoothly. We’ve made some small adjustments for viewing TimeLog Project on an iPad, but fundamentally, the web app has worked without issue.
When reinstating former employees, there are two possible ways to set up the re-hired employee’s access to TimeLog Project.
Summer is coming to an end, and the finance crisis hangs like a thin haze in the morning air. Like most of the world’s businesses, TimeLog has also spent the last few years consolidating and strengthening the organization, our products, and our market position, so that we will be ready to jump on the growth train and grab our share of the upcoming year’s expected strong growth in web-based business solutions on a rental basis, known as SaaS solutions.
In partnership with Vedel IT, TimeLog has opened a development department in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Our Development Manager visited Kuala Lumpur in July to select the very first employees, who will all be joining TimeLog on September 1, 2010.
We are so convinced that we deliver a value-added, user-friendly product, that we’re offering a three-month guarantee to new customers.
You can choose TimeLog Project with confidence, because if TimeLog Project doesn’t meet your company’s needs within the first three months, we’ll give your money back.

The lucky owner of a brand-new iPad has been identified. Marco Dissel, co-owner and consultant at the Dutch IT firm, Epona, participated in our most recent market survey, and collected the grand prize.
Registration is now open for autumn webinars.
Six various webinars will be offered in Autumn 2010.
Some energetic customers joined us for the MeetUp in Frederiksberg on June 21, 2010. Use of TimeLog Project and future plans for the system were discussed. Some good ideas were also raised, which we took back with us to work on.
This is a minor release, which focuses on improvements in functionality and performance, rather than new features.
We are pleased to welcome two new powerful forces to the team. With the recruitment of both a Swedish and English translator to our localization team, we are again supported in all five languages with which we conduct our marketing and product development efforts.
With Document Center for TimeLog, project work and customer management in TimeLog Project are combined with SharePoint’s document management. From TimeLog Project, files can be set up in SharePoint for each customer or project, allowing direct access to all SharePoint documents that are linked to individual projects and customers.
We are pleased to welcome SuperOffice Caesar CRM as a new TimeLog customer. After researching the market, they selected TimeLog Project as their new time tracking and project management tool.
Many reports in TimeLog Project use shaded cells to give a better overview of tables.
To see shaded cells’ colors when using a color printer, your browser should be configured to support background colors.
TimeLog can now integrate with the Swedish payroll system, Hogia, the most common payroll system in the Swedish market, with respectable marketshare in Norway.
We would like to invite you and your colleagues to a great summer evening at Belis Bar near Frediksberg Rådhus on Monday, June 21, 2010, starting 16:30.
“Companies that track time are idiots!” It was the final round of questions at the selection meeting for the government-sponsored growth potential program, GazelleGrowth, and the man behind that controversial statement was Dan Meiland, the long-time CEO of Egon Zehnder International, one of the world’s largest executive search firms.
Great news for all iPhone owners – and anyone considering acquiring one: TimeLog Tracker for iPhone is now Apple-approved and available for download in the App Store. This application is available free to all TimeLog Project account holders.
Together with four other Danish companies, TimeLog has been chosen to participate in the growth programme GazelleGrowth which is the leading business development programme for Danish innovative growth companies that have shown a positive growth on the domestic market and wishes to realise their full international potential.
TimeLog Tracker 2.0 was released with TimeLog Project 5.1.
As TimeLog Tracker is one of the most used applications for time tracking in TimeLog Project, we have created a short video that guides you through the setup and use of the new TimeLog Tracker.
TimeLog Project 5.1 is now released to all of TimeLog's SaaS customers. The new version includes:

Soon the new TimeLog Project version 5.1 will be ready for release. Here, the biggest development is the new and improved TimeLog Tracker.
TimeLog has in recent years initiated various actions to reduce our CO2 consumption.
Like many other companies TimeLog uses a set of values as a management tool and to communicate our profile. In 2008 we added the value "Environmentally friendly" to this set of values.
We have previous emphasized the importance of using strong passwords for TimeLog Project. Now, a recent analysis of 32 million passwords conducted by security company Imperva, revealed that the most common password is 123456, while the 2nd most popular is the equally inventive 12345.
In continuation of our Christmas present where we made TimeLog Extranet free for all customers, we have also released an extranet for our Help Desk module. This means that it is now possible for your customers to report support cases (tickets) directly in TimeLog Project.
After a year of recession - and zero growth in TimeLog, we found that from the summer of 2009 small and especially medium-sized businesses were back in the market to buy tools for efficiency and optimization.
Due to an increased demand for both a simpler and a more complex system than the current TimeLog Project, we have chosen to offer TimeLog Project in three different versions: Team, Business and Enterprise. It will therefore be possible for all businesses to find a version that suits their needs exactly.
