Be inspired and adviced in the world of timetracking and projectmanagement tools

Every single day Justin advices and helps companies, who are still stuck with Excel sheets or do not yet have a full-blown business system to assist with the daily reporting and project overview. Characteristic for these companies are that they struggle with the enormous administrative workload and can’t answer when asked about their utilization (internal/external %), contribution ratio, invoicing ratio and KPIs per employee etc. Justin advice how to bring those figures into play.
