A year ago, we launched our iPhone app for time registration, as an extension of our TimeLog Tracker. We’re happy to see that our users have incorporated it into their daily routine, and we’ll start working on an Android app, so that more users can register time on the go.
In consulting firms, employees' time is the most important asset.
Time spent, therefore, should be well-documented, continuously. However, when a consultant works on a long-term assignment at the customer’s location, time registration can be complicated by the fact that regular access to a computer with an internet connection is needed – and this is where smartphones come in.
Mobile phones are the device that many carry with them at all times. With our TimeLog app, we can also reach mobile work environments, such as consultants on the road who need to bill their time. The app is also idea for those who didn’t get to register their time during the work day, but find an “app moment” while headed home on the train or bus, and are just getting through the last administrative tasks of the day.
If you haven’t yet downloaded TimeLog Tracker for iPhone, you can do this via iTunes App Store.
