TimeLog Extranet is an add-on to TimeLog Project and offers customers an external login. This way customers can login and view status, invoices and time spent on their specific projects.
The kind of data a company wants to provide its customers with access to, if any, is controlled via TimeLog Project.
With TimeLog Extranet customers can easily track the status of their various ongoing projects – and suppliers can easily provide customers with correct documentation.
TimeLog Extranet is developed for companies with close relations to their internal or external customers and with a strategic interest in strengthening these ties. By sharing project-based information through TimeLog Extranet the dialogue with these stakeholders is greatly enhanced.
Access And Permission
Customer access and specific project access are set up here. Access to viewing invoices, milestones and status reports is also chosen here.
Customer Overview
After logging in to TimeLog Extranet the customer is able to view information regarding projects, time tracking, invoicing and status report on projects. In this example the language has been set to German for the specific customer's convenience.
Customer's Project Overview
Here time consumption is shown in hours and value allocated to the various phases, employees and periods. The customer is only able to view data to which access has been provided.
