A number of minor improvements have been made to the product, which you or your colleagues may benefit from.
- Invoicing: Total amount on the invoice specification
More customers have requested a total amount on the invoice specification when shown as PDF. We have added a total amount per invoice line above the invoice line totals, which are shown when printing the invoice as a PDF.
- Salary management: Employee ID on the absence specification
If you use the report Absence specification (all employees) and must match data with your salary system, you need the employees’ ID. We have now added a column with Employee ID, both in the ordinary view of the report and when exporting it to e.g. Excel.
- Log changes on the customer card (and in TimeLog CRM)
If you want to keep track of who changes data in the system and need log info such as date of creation, created by, date of change and changed by, it is now possible to retrieve this information when exporting data. This information is included when exporting customers, contacts, events (part of TimeLog CRM) and opportunities (part of TimeLog CRM).
- Extension of the KPI report
You can now choose if you want to see the difference between budgeted and realised numbers, both on employee and company level. Under the view options, you enter if you want to see the numbers as registered or estimated value, and if you want to compare with the budget to see the difference. In this way, you quickly get an overview of under or over performance according to the budget.
