Familiar faces, new positions

Once more TimeLog’s staff is under expansion.

For the past two years Astrid Synnøve Schønemann has worked as one of our student assistants, where her primary task has been handling all Norwegian translations. We are pleased to announce that Astrid has become a full time member of the TimeLog staff as of April 1st 2009. Astrid holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Studies from Århus University, and a Master’s degree in Media Studies from Copenhagen University, specialising in computer media. Her primary tasks will include project management of development projects as well as further development and improvement of TimeLog’s websites.

As of January 1st 2009 Simone Hauptmann is back from maternity leave and now works part time as our Account Manager for the German market, while at the same time she is completing her Master’s Degree in German at Copenhagen University. Lately, TimeLog has experienced a growing interest in web based software in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. The latest Gartner report from October 2008 states that the German speaking market is focussing on redirecting it’s IT development towards SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions. With German as her native language and 12 years of experience within sales and services, Simone is clearly a new strength for the sales team at TimeLog.
