New Employee to Operate our Help Desk Feature

Once again TimeLog has been lucky enough to get a new member of our staff. Thomas Gudmandsen will be responsible for maintaining and operating our new Help Desk feature.

Focused Customer Service

 

Thomas is an important asset to TimeLog, and to our customers and users who will be assisted and guided by Thomas daily when it comes to problems and questions about using TimeLog's products.

The set up of our new Help Desk function and the employment of Thomas is a strategic step towards better service for our customers and users. 

Experienced Supporter

Thomas has many years of experience in the field of support of various software solutions in electronic development and grafics. Among other thngs he has made the software support function for Kodak A/S and Danka Danmark A/S.

Thomas has spent the last four years in South Africa, where he has worked with structuring computer training centers and IS support for different Nordic development projects and embassies.

We welcome Thomas to our Company, and hope that our customers and users will appreciate the new service.
