TimeLog has recently released a new Helpdesk module, which are being beta-testied by six of our customers. This module represents an extremely improved version of the previous TimeLog Support module. It has been optimised especially in relation to quick and easy registration of support cases including billing of registered time. The new module will be released as soon as possible.
At the same time we have arranged for a new approval module to be beta-tested by a large customer. This new approval module supports different approval flows of time and materia,l and travel expenses. Also, project management approval will be possible. This module is custom-made for larger companies.
