How does the 30-day free trial work?

If you cancel within 30 days of signing up we won’t charge you anything. If you cancel after the first 30 days you will be charged for the current month and never again. We do not refund after your 30-day trial has run out.

Can I change edition later?

Yes, you can. However, you can only upgrade your edition and not downgrade. Your trial period won’t be prolonged, if you upgrade during the 30-day trial period.

What if I decide to cancel?

You are free to cancel your account at any time. Just send an email to , and we will close your account immediately. If you cancel before the end of your trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial period has expired you will be charged for the current month.

Why don’t you offer a free 30-day trial for Business or Enterprise?

Both Business and Enterprise editions of TimeLog Project are more complex products with different pricing options and require more attention to setup and configuration than the Team edition.

Try the free public demo of the Business edition to try it out yourself. We also recommend a pilot trial, where you can test TimeLog Project in practice, before investing or implementing it in the entire organisation.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

For Team we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club and Dankort (Danish debet card). We email you a receipt each time your credit card is charged and all payments are filed in a log in your account.

For Business and Enterprise we send out invoices to be paid by bank transfer.

Do you offer a discount if I commit for a long-term contract?

We do for Business and Enterprise. Team, however, is strictly a pay-as-you-go service paid monthly and with no other commitments for your part than our terms of service and privacy policy.
