For example, the first eight hours of weekend work might count for an extra 50% of time off in lieu, while subsequent hours worked count for +100%.
Track your employees’ flex and time off in lieu
For employees and management, TimeLog Salary offers weekly reports showing the amount of time off in lieu, and whether the flex balance is above or below agreed working hours.
It is a great tool for HR departments to save time on general administration, as each employee has a clear view of whether they are keeping within agreed guidelines. The system offers an online punch clock and the weekly timesheet with salary-time registration.
Online punch clock
In TimeLog Project, TimeLog Salary works like a punch clock. You log in when you meet for work, and log out when you leave. Subsequently, you can distribute your hours on the projects of the day using one of the time tracking interfaces in TimeLog Project.
There are two interfaces to choose from, if you wish to use the punch clock.
Salary time on the weekly timesheet
If the company doesn’t need to track employee attendance, we offer a weekly timesheet with salary time registration. The employee simply enters how many of their total working hours are regular working hours and distributes the rest on predefined salary codes. This way, TimeLog Salary manages the employee’s time off in lieu and flex, while TimeLog Project handles project hours and billable hours.
