Flexible time registration

With the possibility to track time in up to 6 ways, you can make sure that you include all hours in the accounts.

1. Weekly timesheet

The weekly timesheet is a matrix showing all seven days of the week horizontally and all ongoing projects vertically. Navigating the matrix is easy using the arrow keys on your keyboard. It’s also possible to configure which projects are visible and how they appear. Employees can each create their own list of favourites.

2. TimeLog Tracker
TimeLog Tracker is a convenient application for Windows and Mac computers. Using the tracker, you can track time using a stop watch function or by choosing events and typing in your time consumption. This makes ongoing time tracking easy, as the function automatically tracks time spent as opposed to having to track time manually. Editing time tracked is easy, too.

As the tracker is an installed application, it’s quick and convenient, and it runs in the background while you work. TimeLog Tracker is different from the weekly timesheet, as time is tracked automatically while you work. It’s also possible to tie your time tracking to specific projects or customers.

TimeLog Tracker is an application that secures proactive time tracking while you work.

3. Detailed timesheet
The detailed timesheet is particularly useful for employees who switch between multiple projects and activities on a daily basis, or in cases where precise documentation is required. Time is tracked by selecting customer, project and event followed by hours and any comments.

4. TimeLog Tracker for iPhone and Android smartphones
For many companies, tracking hours worked at the customer’s premises is often important. Apps for iPhone and Android smartphones make time tracking on the go a breeze and ensure that you don’t forget important details. Furthermore, you can track time offline, e.g. when you’re abroad or don’t have an Internet connection. Time tracked is saved in the app, which is synchronised as soon as the connection is re-established.

If you do not use a smartphone, but have a mobile phone with an internet connection, we also offer you a mobile client.

5. Punch clock; In/out registration
With our punch clock, it is possible to enter the exact time for your in/out registrations. There are two different view options with this functionality in the system, so you can choose what is best for you. It is an add-on with TimeLog Salary.

6. Time registration via Microsoft Outlook
TimeLog Project is a web-based application, which enables you to create a folder in which to save the path for your weekly timesheet or detailed timesheet. Afterwards, there is no need to open the application itself – you can simply track your time directly in Microsoft Outlook. This is a great solution, provided the application is used for simple time tracking only.

We chose TimeLog because we had no means of following up on our time consumption. We needed a way to backtrack our processes and work".

You do not need to test it yourself!

We want to give you a quick presentation of the system, lean back and have a cup of coffee.
