TimeLog prioritises a close customer relationship. If you have a problem or is experiencing errors help is always near. You can either find the solution by looking in the online help or by sending us an e-mail or by calling us.

All pages in TimeLog Project features a link to our online help. In the online help you can e.g. find:

Helpful Tips
Many of TimeLog Project's pages include helpful tips that give suggestions on how to cope with a task – or how to handle our more advanced features.
Automatic Reporting of Errors
If an error occurs in TimeLog Project you will automatically be directed to an error page including specific instructions about what to do next. Concurrently the error is reported to TimeLog.
We collect all error reports, correct the errors, and update the software. You do not have to take any action. That is the case with web-based software – you avoid waiting several months for a new version and you will not have to install error corrections.
