The weekly time sheet is a matrix showing the seven day of the week horizontally and the projects vertically. In this matrix it is easy and fast to register your time. The employee can navigate in the week sheet using the arrow keys – and can adjust which projects should be shown and how.
The detailed time sheet is especially used by employees that work on many different projects and activities on a daily basis- or where there are strict requirements for the details in the documentation.
TimeLog Tracker is a Windows program that monitors TimeLog Project, and works like a timer that runs in the background while you are working. It is very easy and fast to register time with the TimeLog Tracker – and the documentation is immensely precise.
TimeLog Help Desk extends TimeLog Project to cover the handling of support. In TimeLog Help Desk supporters can register their time for the support cases they are currently working on.
TimeLog Mobile is a simple portable time tracking function that is included in TimeLog Project. With TimeLog Mobile employees on the move are able to register their use of time via a mobile phone without computer access.
The employees have a series of personal reports where they can monitor their own time consumption. The reports can be configured by the company which then in turn decides which data the employees have access to.
