You decide what the customer can access

From TimeLog Project you can choose which customers you want to create extranet access for.

Each customer gets their own address where they can log in.

You can also choose whether you want to give access to all or selected projects. The customer can only view their own projects.

For each project you can show an overview of key data, status reports, tracked time and invoices.

Additionally, you can set whether you want to show the number and value of tracked and invoiced hours.

Easy administration of users and login

All settings and making new usernames and passwords for the customers are all managed from the same page. This makes user administration simple to manage.

On the same page you can choose whether the extranet should be shown in English, German, Danish, Swedish or Norwegian to the customer.

Customers report support cases

With the extension TimeLog Help Desk, your customers can report their support cases directly from TimeLog Extranet, and they have the possibility of uploading files – such as screen shots – which can contribute to resolving support cases.

Moreover, your customers can follow the status of their active support cases and view previous support cases.
