TimeLog Flex
In/Out Registration
TimeLog Flex functions as an in/out registration feature in TimeLog Project. Employees log in when they arrive for work, and log out when they leave. Then the hours are distributed on the project they have worked on the given day.
Set Up Guidelines for Working Hours
TimeLog Flex aims at employees under collective agreements and employees paid by the hour, and can be set up to handle several agreements and rules for leave of absence and overtime. E.g. you can set a rule that implies that the first 8 hours of work in weekends add 50% on the lieu day account, and additional hours add 100%.
Keep Pace with Flex and Leave of Absence
In TimeLog Flex' reports both the employees and the management are able to view the number of hours they have worked overtime on a weekly basis, and if their flex account exceeds or lies below the normal working time agreed upon.
TimeLog Flex can also keep track of vacation and public holidays.
The system is uncomplicated and provides a clear overview, which saves the HR department time on inquiries and administration.
Fully Integrated with TimeLog Project
When an employee has registered the time of when he or she arrives for – and leave from work the time is to be distributed via TimeLog Projects normal time tracking interfaces. In this way TimeLog Flex keeps track of lieu days, flex, and vacation, while project finances, billable hours, and costs are handled in TimeLog Project.
