Web-based or Installed Solution
TimeLog Project includes four different time registration features. Methods differ according to industry and work-related tasks, and users can select which specific methods suit their needs.
Weekly Time Sheet
The weekly time sheet is adapted to each employee, so it shows all projects in progress. The weekly time sheet is well-arranged and user-friendly, and it is easy to navigate by using the arrow keys and the F-keys.
Detailed Time Sheet
The detailed time sheet is mainly used by employees, who selects from different projects – or makes several daily registrations on the same project task.
TimeLog Tracker
TimeLog Tracker is a Windows program that functions as a stop clock and runs in the background while you work. It is a very easy and precise way to register time, when you shift between task on an ongoing basis.

Employees are Involved
TimeLog Project allows employees to register time and create an overview of the certain amount of hours they each have at their disposal.
By doing so, employees are involved in project planning and budgetting as time registration automatically is an integral part of the internal documentation to project managers and the external documentation to customers.
Additionally, time registration enables project managers to gain an overview of projects life span and costs. That is priceless information when making qoutations, and for the company's internal resource management.
Basis for Billing
TimeLog has experienced that our customers bill a larger amount of hours after implementing TimeLog Project. There are several explanations to this.
Firstly, more time is registered, which means better documentation.
Secondly, the decision-making process in regards to billing is changed from being in the hands of the consultant or developer, to being the project manager or the salesperson's responsibility.
Better Understanding of Time Expenditure
Professional time tracking gives you more than just an overview of employees' time expenditure. In addition, it ensures precise documentation for the customer, and enhances the basis for billing.
Planning and budgetting become more precise, and the collected data enable you to make detailed analyses of project costs and contribution margins.
