Workshop & Training
A successful implementation of IT-systems requires colaboration and effective training.
TimeLog knows that the initial training in a new system is essential for the entire implementation process. For that reason we focus a lot on our training and workshops in regards to the application of our products.
Therefore we offer custimised workshops and training sessions that provide our customers with the most beneficial starting point for using TimeLog Project.
TimeLog's workshops is always adapted to the specific needs of the company and is based on the two parts of TimeLog Project that the company applies or the central problem areas the company needs solved.
- TimeLog has three course packages:
- Workshop incl. follow-up training
- Workshop incl. training
- Kick-off meeting
The training sessions are located at TimeLog's office at Alhambravej 5, DK-1826 Frederiksberg, Denmark. It can also be performed online.
The course package's focus areas are agreed upon prier to the training sessions.
Workshop incl. Follow-up Training
Duration: 8 hours
On the workshop all TimeLog Project's features are reviewed.
- The workshop is typically divided into 3 parts:
- Set-up and system administration for employees responsible for the administration of the system. This part covers, among other things, the set-up of the system's categories, adjustments for the company's financial management, and the establishment of a project model.
- Training in the use of TimeLog Project and a review of tools directed at project managers and the manegerial staff.
- Training in the use of TimeLog Project and a review of tools directed at project members. This part usually takes approx. one hour.
During the workshop we spend time on discussing successful implementation of administrative IT-systems, and how to handle standard projects, project tools, financial management etc.
TimeLog provides course materials to all participants in the workshop.
Workshop incl. Training
Duration: 4 hours
The short-term workshop is usually selected by small-size companies or by companies that only want to use a few of TimeLog Project's features. This workshop is usually a shorter version of the 8-hour workshop.
Kick-off Meeting
Duration: 1 hour
The Kick-off meeting is a start-up meeting where one of TimeLog's consultants gives the organisational implementation a good start.
