TimeLog Project covers the processes within the financial management
of projects. The glossary explains terms and concepts used in TimeLog Project.
Internal% is the share of an employee’s registered work tracked on internal projects.
A high internal% can be an indicator that the consultant spends most of his/her time working on internal projects. Internal% can only be seen as evidence of how much of an employee’s time is spent working on internal projects- and not as evidence of the employees revenue.
The employee’s internal% is calculated by dividing the normal work time with the number of hours worked on internal projects.
The report Internal/external can be found in TimeLog Project’s management reports (F9). It analyses the company’s/department’s activities based on the key figure internal%.
Formula:
Normal work time/ internal hours = Internal%
