An employee’s normal working time is the contractually agreed upon work time. In Denmark the normal working time is 37 hours/week.
In TimeLog Project each employee’s normal working time is configured in the system administration (F10) under Employees -> Normal working Time. Normal working time is configured in the system administration (f10) under Normal working time and Holidays -> Normal working Time.
In TimeLog project an employee’s planned vacation is deducted from his/her normal working time, whereas illness is not.
The normal working time is shown as the total number of hours an employee is expected to work per/day in the Weekly Time Sheet (F12). If Flex and Absence are activated in the system administration (F10) the normal working time is used to calculate the employee’s Flex balance.
