Implementation without obligations

TimeLog offers a pilot project where you can test TimeLog Project in practice, before investing in the system or implementing it in the entire organisation.

We help you to create a realistic environment where you can test whether TimeLog Project supports the needed business processes, and delivers the value you demand.

Getting started

  • Create two groups – an operational group and a test group, representing typical roles in your company.
  • Select 3-5 projects that are just about to start up or are already in progress.
  • Include a list with typical activities your projects can be divided into.
  • Make a list with external hourly rates and cost prices on your employees.

Practical information

The pilot project includes one month’s free access to TimeLog Project without start up charges.

The pilot project includes an introduction that makes you able to test the system. This makes it possible to set up the solution so it reflects your business processes and the way you will use the system in practice.

However, we must point out that the training included in the pilot project is merely introductory. We recommend customers who continue to use TimeLog Project to partake in Workshop 1 for a thorough run through of the systems functions.

At the most 15, users can be created in TimeLog Project during the pilot period, but you get unrestricted access to creating projects, testing other functions and modules in the pilot period.

Your company gets to choose, which type of access the individual users will have in TimeLog Project ( advanced user, standard user, or limited user).

If you choose to purchase TimeLog Project at the end of the pilot project, you are able to keep the configurations you have made to the system or you can choose to start afresh.

All in all we had an intensive period with set up of many projects followed by an on-and-off period where we evaluated separate needs.
