We have listened to your requests and learnt from our experiences. The result is a new concept, which based on 3,000 hours of development is incorporated in the product and thoroughly documented in the whitepapers and user guides.

Payment plans and project controlling

From a vision of how to estimate and communicate the value of work in progress, we have worked intensively on strengthening coherence and user-friendliness in the invoicing process.

Smaller companies thereby gain access to advanced financial management tools, usually reserved for larger companies, without the increased costs towards staff and counsellors.

It is now possible to create fixed price projects with an unlimited number of tasks that are settled as one unit, and even settle combined projects, consisting of a main project at fixed price and independent extra services on cost and material or at fixed price. The project manager and accounting no longer need to view the project’s payment plan – all this is handled by TimeLog Project.

When we furthermore add flexible invoicing addresses, inheritance of customer discounts, drag & drop editing of invoice lines and differentiated VAT rates for each invoice line, TimeLog Project represents a new generation of SaaS production systems aimed at consultancies.

Management of flex and overtime

TimeLog Project 5.0 and a new version of TimeLog Salary strengthen the existing flex administration by introducing automatic management of overtime and flex, and include new reports making it simple to manage and report salary time for both users and the payroll department.
