New features and improvements

New TimeLog Tracker and reports

This version introduces a new TimeLog Tracker and lays the last layer of polish to invoicing and revenue recognition.

TimeLog Project 5.0 intervened in vital parts of the system and was quite a handful – for our customers and TimeLog A/S alike.

TimeLog Project 5.1 contains a simplifi cation of the calculation models for revenue recognition and invoicing, and a detailed view of estimated value. However, in this version the biggest news is the TimeLog Tracker and new business reports.

TimeLog Tracker 2.0

TimeLog Tracker has been completely rewritten using new technology. We kept the good stuff from the fi rst version and continued to work on both new features and usability. Among other things, you can now also track time on general projects – and Mac users can join the club.

Five new reports

In TimeLog Project 5.1 five new reports with something for everyone are unveiled:

  • Budget follow-up calculates what is left of a customer’s discount card.
  • Time Registrations per Project/Employee shows the progress of the project work.
  • Accuracy in Time Tracking may improve the quality of the time tracking.
  • Clocking in/out Overview shows when employees check in/out from work.
  • Payment Plans – Overview shows planned instalments during the period and their status.

Small but important improvements

This category contains all the things that will make your everyday work life a little smarter and better. For example, there is a new date picker, which is easier, faster and no longer opens a new window. Several other improvements include an increase in view options, and shortcuts that allow greater fl exibility.
