Your time is planned in Outlook and automatically tracked in TimeLog, so you avoid tracking in both systems.
With our integration between TimeLog and Microsoft Outlook, you can track your work hours in your Outlook calendar, and your hours are automatically synchronised with TimeLog. In this way, you quickly manage to do your planning.
An easier everyday life!
The Outlook calendar is one of the systems that most people use several times a day and plan both internal and external meetings.
Therefore it is optimal to use the tool for time tracking, so you do not have to track your time in two systems. When you book a meeting in your calendar, you tell TimeLog which customer, project and task the meeting is linked to, and if the time is billable or non-billable.
Linked to the resource planner
When you track your future calendar events in Outlook as time registrations in TimeLog, you will also automatically see the registrations as planned time in the resource planner. In this way, your Outlook meetings are part of your resource planning, so many meetings do not come as a surprise for you.
You can furthermore see your future revenue forecast based on the planned meetings, and you get a clear and precise picture of the financial situation in the coming period.
Here is a video that shows how to use TimeLog Tracker for Outlook.

This is how TimeLog Tracker for Outlook works
When the Outlook tracker is installed, you see it every time you create a new event in Outlook. When you save the event, it is synchronised with TimeLog Project, where you will see your time registration either in the weekly timesheet, if it is on the same day, or as a booking in the resource planner, where it will turn into a time registration for the planned day.
The event subject is automatically turned into a comment on the time registration, unless you decide to write a specific comment.
