Provide your feedback and get improved product help

Have you noticed the feedback section on our product help texts? If not, you can read more about it here and learn how we use your feedback.

How does the feedback section work?

On each product help page, we have added a feedback box, where we ask you if you got the help you needed. You can answer either yes or no and write an explanatory comment, if you e.g. have suggestions for improvements of the text.

How do we use your feedback?

We use your feedback to improve the help text. We check the feedback daily, and quickly change the text to contain the information you request. Please note that we in many of the help texts link to related content in a separate box, if we have extra information in different help texts or in our longer and more detailed guides and whitepapers.

If you navigate to a missing help page directly from TimeLog Project, we will send you an e-mail as soon as the text is ready.
