Continuous service contracts are used, when selling a continuous service e.g. support or a fixed service agreement. We have listened to our users’ feedback and improved the workflow to ease your daily use of the contract. We would therefore like to show you all the new features and the benefits of using the contract type.

With the new setup, the continuous service contracts are easier to manage, and the monthly revenue recognition is improved significantly. At the same time, we have added new options which can manage exceptions from the normal service agreement, e.g. during the summer vacation – no more manual workarounds for you!
